Nikki Rogers

I'm a photography graduate interested in exploring my personal connection to varying themes and genres. Sculpture in photography, portraiture and collage are all genres I have previously worked with, but the work presented here is from my most recent project 'As I Walk...'.
'As I Walk...' is an experimental recording of a place in nature. By visualising an unidentified space surrounded by plants and wildlife and showing a unique perspective, I hope to elicit a positive response from the viewer that would encourage them to seek out similar areas near their own homes.
Nature provides a place to heal the mind and relieve the stresses of everyday life; an ever-changing space that is best experienced in-person.
