Hi, I'm Hannah, and I'm a fine artist.
My current work focuses on family, memory, and people. It uses parts of my personal history, childhood
home, and the people who surround me. I was born and raised in South Africa, before moving to the UK at the age of
16. I’m interested in the contrast of life here and there, the idea of longing for a space and time that I can
never return to. I use cyanotype printing to explore these ideas. The time and process of creating cyanotypes
mirrors how memories are formed and remembered after they happen.
I also work in other media, such as sculpture, painting, printing, and drawing. I'm always looking for new ways to create and explore different ideas.
