Gregory Humber

Aspiring Screen Writer and budding Director. I became enamoured with animation at a young age, my childhood drawings being of The Simpsons and Futurama. In my adolescence, I developed a deeper understanding and appreciation for film and the arts, my creative influences being the artists: Kaws, George Condo and Gerald Scarfe. Movies are a huge part of my identity and I have a deep love and appreciation for movies and film making. I love film down to every scrap of celluloid. I believe my fascination with animation is attributable to the creative freedom the medium provides creators; with Animation the possibilities are limitless, the only restrictions being time and budget. I think 2D animation has such a timeless and iconic aesthetic, and it is the perfect marriage of two of my favourite passions, drawing and film making. Shows like 'BoJack Horseman', re-affirmed my aspirations to pursue a career in animation.
